Research Objectives

Development of generic sensor nodes for application of WSN in industrial process control and sensing. The conceptual pH wireless sensor network proposed for the management of the meat tenderizing process. Based on the decentralized architectural paradigm wireless and DSP technologies are integrated in the design of the wireless pH sensor node so that it can sense carcass response, perform pH analysis and send control command to the actuator node to control stimulation.
